Students Terms & Conditions


For Students

  • Interview Timing: Each student is entitled to a one-hour mock interview session. It is mandatory to join the session at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
  • OTP Policy: Students must not share the OTP with the interviewer before the interview begins. The OTP should be provided only after the completion of the session.
  • Report Card: Students will receive a feedback report card after the interview. If the report card is not received within 24 hours, students are encouraged to contact MockFirst support to request it.
  • No-Show and Refund Policy: Failure to attend the interview will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Updates and Notifications: Students must regularly check the MockFirst website or communication channels for any updates regarding interviews, schedules, or platform policies.
  • Note: Mockfirst is not guaranteeing any Jobs,Interships at any position and manner.

General Terms

  • Agreement to Terms: By using MockFirst, both students and interviewers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or other penalties as deemed appropriate by MockFirst.
  • Policy Updates: MockFirst reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. Users are advised to regularly review the Terms and Conditions on the website.
